SL Valvonta Oy is an HVAC design and consulting company founded in 2009. We help housing companies, property managers, and real estate owners develop their heating and domestic water systems to be more energy-efficient, reliable, and long-lasting. Our areas of expertise include heating network renovations, district heating equipment renewals, radiator network balancing, domestic water network balancing as well as low-temperature systems, exhaust air heat pump (EAHP) systems, geothermal heating, and hybrid systems.
We offer comprehensive project management from contract negotiations all the way to warranty inspections. All solutions are based on technical analysis, measured data, and the customer’s best interest — we do not sell equipment, so our recommendations are always independent and transparent. We operate throughout Finland, and our projects cover both new construction and renovation sites.
We oversee project implementation, secure competitive contracting bids, and ensure that building technology systems function in accordance with regulations and plans. Our goal is to improve living comfort, reduce energy consumption, and ensure the long-term profitability of housing companies’ investments.
