SL Valvonta Oy carries out HVAC design, construction management, and supervision for housing companies and properties throughout Finland. Olemme erikoistuneet lämmitysverkostojen perussäätöihin, kaukolämpölaitteiden uusimisiin, hybridijärjestelmiin (PILP ja maalämpö), käyttövesiverkostojen optimointiin sekä ulkopuolisten putkistojen suunnitteluun ja uusimisiin. We specialize in heating network balancing, district heating equipment renewals, hybrid systems (EAHP and geothermal heat), domestic water network optimization, as well as the design and renewal of external piping.

We always work independently, meaning our solutions are based on technical analysis and the customer’s best interest — not equipment sales.
